2-Quality : The project completed with  according to the international standards which were maintained in all project phases starting design , construction , commissioning .

3-Time schedule : The company succeeded to achieve an early completion for the project which resulted complete first LNG shipment six months ahead .

4-Cost : Adequate management strategy supported to complete the project in budget without additional cost
