The Group's mission is to optimize the plant operations to ensure a safe, smooth, consistence and efficient production process.
- All work activities are controlled in a safe manner by supervision of safety team and secured by the emergency response team under the permit work system.
- Monitoring feed gas and product quality as well as providing recommendation for troubleshooting deviation. Adjusting the operating condition for optimum condition to maximize production and evaluating suggestions for plant improvement.
- Enhancing and improving the technical and soft skills for all production team through competency profile
- Monitoring Chemical and refrigerants consumption and stocks.
