Responsibilities
1. Mechanical engineering design  2. Mechanical engineering design of materials handling systems.
3. Knowldege of technical specifications and evaluations of mechanical process equipment. .
4. Develop and manage Equipment Record Card (ERC); complete each equipment history and database.
5. Prepare static equipment budget for Technical Service Department.
6. Lead new plant changes and project related to static equipment and piping; prepare equipment specifications and purchase orders, witness Factory Acceptance Test, commission and start-up of new rotating equipment.

Qualifications:
1. BSc. in mechanical engineering with minimum 8 to 12 years of operating, design, commissioning and start-up experiences in static equipment field
2. Sufficient knowledge in material specifications, codes and standards, metallurgy, NDT, corrosion, inspection techniques and design of mechanical equipment.
3. Sound and good technical knowledge in metallurgy , welding and NDT , corrosion , inspecting techniques and design of mechanical equipment
4. Produce good engineering reports and studies.
