In order to support the operation of this Plant, Egyptian LNG intends to outsource some activities.
This outsource shall provide timely and proactive support to Operation and Maintenance Departments to reach planned objectives on Plant safety, reliability and efficiency.
In line with Egyptian LNG’s mission to achieve operational excellence in respect with Best Practices and Environment, the Procurement Department plays a key role in order to select competent suppliers/contractors generally involved in the execution of the Maintenance activities under Egyptian LNG strict supervision.
Based on the critically evaluation of the equipments, different type of outsourcing strategy might be developed such as global maintenance contract or support activities with appropriate regard for technical qualification, schedule and local content.
In this perspective Egyptian LNG gives significant weight to suppliers/contractors in line with requirements of international standards i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
Moreover it is the intent of Egyptian LNG to effectively utilize the available, competent resources from El Beheira and Alexandria areas in order to carry out such outsource activities.
